This 5th Edition of Sumaq Summit is focused on business leadership. We see business leadership as a series of key skills related to teamwork and management, and which are reflected in a committed form of leadership that is authentic and responsible. Such leadership positions the organisation as an example to follow in its environment and as a leader in its sector on both a national and international level.

Objective:
The overriding objective is to raise awareness in participants of the crucial importance of business leadership, and to pool their experiences in leading companies. The result will be a privileged understanding of the role of business leadership in the success of leading companies.

Aimed at:
The program is aimed at top level organisations in Latin America, specifically the owners of family businesses, general managers, CEOs, presidents and vice-presidents, associate directors and area directors.

Participants:
The Summit will receive some 300 participants and representatives from the corporate, academic and institutional world, from the different countries of Latin America, including the deans of the Sumaq Alliance partner schools.
The event will be covered by over 25 journalists from media in Europe, Latin America and the US.
