The 5th edition of Sumaq Summit is focused on the role of business leadership as a catalyst for transforming firms into leaders on both a national and international level. We view business leadership as a series of essential management and team skills that make for responsible, genuine, and committed leadership, and which position organizations as benchmarks in their respective fields.

Mission
The overriding objective of this year’s summit is to raise awareness among participants of the pivotal role of business leadership by inviting them to share the experiences and insights of leading companies. The result is a sound working knowledge of the key factors for leadership-based success.

Who should attend?
The program is designed for members of senior management of Latin American business organizations, particularly the heads of family-run businesses, CEOs, presidents, vice presidents, and directors of area.

Participants
Sumaq Summit is expected to receive some 300 participants and representatives from the corporate, academic, and institutional communities in Latin America. The program will also be attended by thedDeans of the Sumaq Alliance partner schools. The event will be covered by some 25 journalists from media agents in Europe, Latin America and the US.
